Individuals
Reader membership
- Read the Membership Terms and click the join button for your plan
- Enter your email address and card details on the Stripe checkout page
- Open the confirmation email from Circular Economy Hub (subject: 【CEHub】決済完了のお知らせ) and follow the link to register your account
Please note that this email and the registration page are currently in Japanese. If you need help, email contact@cehub.jp and we will activate your account for you. - Confirm your account through the activation email, and you are done
You can read member-only articles and use the Circular Tool Box immediately after registering.
Teams and organisations
Three or more people
- Tell us your organisation, the number of people and your preferred billing through the contact form
- We reply within three business days with the procedure and payment options, including payment by invoice
- Once payment is confirmed, we issue an account for each person
Group membership is billed annually at ¥10,000 per person, tax included.
After you join
Log in from the login page to read member-only articles. You can change your card details, download receipts and cancel auto-renewal from your account page at any time. If anything is unclear, email contact@cehub.jp and we will help in English.
Frequently asked questions
Can I pay in a currency other than Japanese yen?
Prices are set in Japanese yen. Stripe accepts credit and debit cards issued outside Japan, and your card issuer converts the amount at its own exchange rate.
I have not received the confirmation email.
Please check your spam or promotions folder first; this is common with free email services. Add contact@cehub.jp to your safe senders and check again. If it still has not arrived, your payment has been completed. Email contact@cehub.jp with the address you used at checkout and we will activate your account.
Are the articles in English?
Circular Economy Hub Japan publishes selected articles in English, and membership gives you every member-only article in both the English edition and the Japanese original.
What is the difference between monthly and annual plans?
The benefits are identical. Annual plans are billed once a year at ¥9,800, which is two months cheaper than paying monthly, and come with a 14-day full refund guarantee for first-time annual members.
Can I get a receipt?
Yes. After payment, Stripe emails you a link to an electronic receipt, which you can use for expenses.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes, for annual membership. Please contact us with the billing name, the number of members and their email addresses.
Can we share one account within our company?
We ask that each person registers individually. Shared addresses such as info@ or sales@ cannot be used for registration.
How do I cancel?
You can stop auto-renewal yourself from your account page after logging in, at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded, except under the 14-day guarantee for first-time annual members.
How does the 14-day refund guarantee work?
If you are a first-time annual member and contact contact@cehub.jp within 14 days of your first payment, we refund the full amount to the card you paid with. It can take a few days to two weeks to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer. Membership ends when the refund is completed. The guarantee can be used once per person.
